Description
A 5ft 6″ round table is ideal for any event including wedding’s, corporate functions and parties and can seat up to 10 people.
When it comes to weddings there isn’t a right or wrong answer when choosing between trestle tables or round tables for your reception. However, a round table does make it easy for everyone to chat amongst themselves, meaning you that no one is stuck at the end of the table.
When planning on what size table you need for your event, one question we always ask is whether you are you planning on using side plates with you place setting? The reason being that if you are, then the room around a 5ft 6″ table is reduced. In this instance a 5ft 6″ table will seat 8 but of course if you aren’t using side plates then you can seat 10.

Did you know
You can use a variety to table cloths on a 5ft 6″ round table. A 90″ round table cloth will give you a 12″ drop, a 108″ round table cloth will give you a 21″ drop and a 120″ round cloth a 27″ drop. It’s of course all down to personal preference and remember we can supply linen in any colour you want. So if you require something in particular for your wedding or party, please don’t hesitate to ask.
